ShuttlePark2 is an airport parking service competing in one of the highest-cost-per-click markets in the USA. The challenge: reduce cost-per-conversion below $20 while maintaining booking volume to sustain operations through seasonal fluctuation.
The solution involved restructuring the campaign from a broad match keyword architecture to a tightly themed, exact and phrase match system, segmenting by airport and shuttle type, implementing dayparting to cut spend during low-intent hours, and aligning landing pages with ad copy to reduce bounce and increase conversion.
The result: 1,993 conversions at $7.02 cost-per-booking — a 16.4% conversion rate that outperforms the industry average of 3–5% by more than 3×.
RedONE is one of Malaysia's leading mobile virtual network operators. The brief was ambitious: drive SIM card sign-ups, internet pack purchases, and brand awareness at scale — across a fiercely competitive telecom market.
The strategy used layered Meta audience segments — interest targeting, lookalike audiences from existing customers, and retargeting tiers based on website engagement depth. Creative testing was conducted across 3-second video hooks, static carousels, and product explainer reels to identify the highest-performing formats.
Campaign types included ThruPlay video campaigns for awareness, traffic campaigns optimised for link clicks and post engagement, and conversion campaigns optimised for SIM sign-up leads. Budget was rotated dynamically based on real-time ROAS signals.
MODENAS is Malaysia's national motorcycle brand. The campaign objective was national reach and brand awareness for new model launches — targeting a broad demographic of commuters, enthusiasts, and first-time bike buyers across Peninsular and East Malaysia.
Meta Reach & Frequency buying type was used to ensure guaranteed impressions across targeted geographies. ThruPlay campaigns were deployed for video views on model showcase content. The budget was structured around peak buying cycles — pre-Hari Raya and year-end — where consumer intent and dealership traffic are highest.
Loving Heart Clinic is a telehealth provider in the USA. The campaign needed to generate qualified patient consultation leads within a modest $2,000 budget — in a healthcare sector where average CPLs can exceed $50–80.
The solution: hyper-localised Google Search campaigns targeting specific medical condition search queries (not generic "doctor near me" searches), carefully structured ad groups that matched query intent to tailored ad copy, and a streamlined landing page with a quick appointment request form — reducing friction from first click to conversion.
4M Dental Implants is a premium dental implant clinic running Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns at ₹30,000/day ($90K/3 months). The campaign needed to fill the consultation calendar with high-intent patients who would convert to procedure bookings.
Meta's Click-to-WhatsApp ad format was used with location-based targeting and interest-layered audiences around dental health, cosmetic procedures, and implant-related queries. The WhatsApp conversation funnel was scripted to pre-qualify patients based on timeline, budget readiness, and treatment interest — sending only high-quality leads to the clinic's front desk.
Kamya Foods needed to onboard distributors and channel partners across Odisha, India. Most food brands at this scale rely on field sales teams and trade networks — Kamya wanted to add a digital acquisition channel to accelerate territory expansion.
Meta Lead Generation campaigns were run targeting business owners, retailers, and distributor networks in Odisha geographies. Creatives highlighted margins, supply chain support, and brand growth story. Lead forms were embedded directly into Facebook to minimise friction — pre-filling name, phone, and location for easy submission on mobile.
This is the framework I apply across every new client engagement — regardless of platform, budget, or industry.
